Advisory Board (SRAB), an adhoc committee advising the Halifax County
Municipality until around 1990-91 at which time it was absorbed into
the newly created and independant scientific group, the Soil &
Water Conservation Society of Metro Halifax (SWCSMH) as far as pragmatic monitoring was concerned.
