The USEPA published a state-of-the-art draft report (115 pg.) on this timely topic and we respectfully ask that you consider this seriously during the preparation of the WRMS. This report is now undergoing public review.

We do not have any significant aspects to add to the aforementioned report at the present time especially since the research of a select number of our associates may already have been consulted in the reports/papers referenced there!
